Hi! I’m Autumn Dryden, LMT. I have been a massage therapist since 2010, and I love what I do! I specialize in pain relief, and can help many conditions such as whiplash, sciatica, back pain, frozen shoulder, chronic pain from desk jobs, auto accident and work injuries, surgery recovery, prenatal massage, and more.

My style of massage is to completely relax my client while still providing effective relief. Deep tissue doesn’t have to be painful! Many of my clients fall asleep during sessions, and tell me how much better they feel afterwards. I do a blend of techniques including medical, sports, deep tissue, Swedish, assisted stretching, neuromuscular, myofascial and more. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and requests.

Also, check out my table. It’s 4 inches wider, 2 inches deeper, and longer than a standard massage table to accommodate a huge variety of body shapes and sizes. It also has a breast comfort system, where a section of the table under the breasts lowers so the chest doesn’t get squished, and the same section raises into a neck pillow for support when you’re on your back. I also have a table heater (on request) and several layers of comfy padding to help you relax. Comfort is key!
